Roti..Softroll/Mini Roll
Soft Roll
Recipe:
250gm Strong flour
1 noz Egg
120ml Fresh Milk(warm-suam)
25gm Salted butter
3gm Freemat
20gm Castor sugar
10gm Dried yeast
Method:
1. Put all the dry ingredients in the mixer.
2. While mixing about 2 minutes, add in fresh milk and egg.
3. After 3 minutes, add in butter.
5. Mix well.
6. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
7. Do the punching process.
8. Divide the dough to same weight pieces(25 gm/piece).
9. Round them.
10. Put them on tray and rest for another 30 minutes.
11. Bake them in the oven at 180° C for 15 minutes.
12. After baking, glaze them with some margarine while it is hot.

| Selepas doh direhatkan dalam 15-30 minit, bulat2kan seperti diatas dan timbang dalam 25 gm.Rehatkan kembali dalam 20 minit. |
Sapukan dengan telur diatas roti dan bolehla hiaskan dengan bijan, biji sawan, cheese atau apa2 yang u all nak..
Bakar selama 15 minite dalam suhu 180'c
Inilah hasilnya..sungguh lembut..kalau nak isi dengan filling pun boleh..kaya ke, sardine ke, kacang merah ke..
ape pun boleh..
